Our story
Rooted in Vermont. Trusted by aerospace primes.
Stephens Precision was established in 1981 for the aircraft industry with close ties to many of the R&D and engineering firms spawned from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
We are a Woman-Owned Small Business with approvals from a number of aerospace prime contractors who benefit from the experience of our President, who has a background as a pilot, aircraft owner, and A&P mechanic.
The second generation has joined us with a formal engineering background and experience in larger companies and, as General Manager, has streamlined and modernized many of our processes.
Our key to success has been refinement of our processes yielding quality, on-time delivery, and consistency. Our clients appreciate our flexibility in working with them as partners as well as our attention to all aspects of their requirements. We are proud of our team in Bradford, Vermont.
